The Business Analyst will support SAP HR business users and also promote and recommend improvements that drive business efficiency and productivity. We are looking for a techno/functional SAP HR professional for this role.



  • Manage projects, requests for change, service requests and lead teams within these assignments
  • Support and optimize existing solutions
  • Develop functional specifications from business requirements
  • Develop, document, implement and present new solutions of a high degree of complexity
  • Proactively consult with the business on systems improvements and optimization
  • Adopt and transfer existing solutions to different environments/business units
  • Develop effective training materials and deliver them to key users
  • Will interface with Global IT, Development, the Program Office, Key Business Users and external partners



  • Four year degree in Information Technology or Business discipline or equivalent business experience
  • 5+ years of experience in an SAP project and/or support environment
  • Minimum of 3 year SAP ABAP development
  • Minimum of 3 year customization experience in the SAP HR module including PA (Personnel Administration), OM (Organizational Management), Time Evaluation, Time Manager’s Workplace, Payroll, Portal/ESS
  • Minimum of 3 year experience in creating forms using SAP Smartform and Adobe LiveCycle technology
  • Minimum of 3 year experience in using LSMW and SAP Queries
  • Minimum of 3 year experience in applying Incentive Wages in an SAP environment
  • Strong project management skills with experience in leading RFCs or small projects
  • Proficiency in productivity suites such as Microsoft Office & Databases
  • Experience using SuccessFactors preferred
  • Experience working in a global company preferred.
  • Functional knowledge of SAP FICO module preferred
